After having a grandbaby born just 10 days ago, I have gotten on a kick of knitting baby hats and booties.  It's a great way to use up my small balls of yarn, but also a quick project that makes me feel accomplished.  It's nice to have a repeated pattern of stitches that I can do so that I can just sit and watch my favorite shows without having to concentrate on what I'm doing.
